I am not the biggest Trekkie so I am not sure about continuity issues, minor character history or anything else of the sort but what I can say is that I really enjoyed the issue. It was engaging, interesting and told a story uniquely Star Trek without feeling like a rehashed story from the sixties and that is to the credit of writer Mike Johnson and artist Stephen Molnar.
