A special extra-length, one-of-a-kind "fotonovel" sequel to a beloved classic! Years ago, James Kirk saved his ship, but the price was the life of his oldest friend in Starfleet-or was it? The crew of the starship ENTERPRISE faces a staggering discovery in a brand-new "episode" of the original STAR TREK.

This is the (Yes, I'm putting the article in italics for emphasis)Star Trek item of the year. This is the Star Trek I grew up with and this is the Star Trek I love. This is theChristmas gift for every Star Trek fan. It gets no better than this. Name your price for a monthly, IDW, and I'll gladly pay it. Highest possible recommendation. Read Full Review

But if you can find this comic in a bargain bin or take advantage of some digital sale, it's worth taking a trip back to a simpler, more charming period of Star Trek history. Read Full Review

Vastly entertaining slice of classic Trek done in a strange and unique manner. The story packs a lot in helping make it worth the cover price. Really enjoyed.
