    I enjoyed reading this Showcase, I hope this is not a special edition to give a little space to talented female artists and writers to fulfill some commitment and instead I really hope it becomes a habit and see all that great female talent in action again and more often. Read Full Review

    This book gives us the best look at how Padme became a Senator, how she forged the bonds she did, and why her handmaidens were so important. It is a quiet story about faith, friendship and believing in what you know is right. I don't often give perfect 10 reviews, but this book came to me when I needed to hear the message of empowerment that Queen Amidala lives. I think it is an amazing book, and I highly recommend it.     As a whole, the book wasnt bad and feels like a throwback to any early 1980s comic like Savage Land or Swamp Thing. Tom Grummett's art is reminiscent of Roger Stern 1980s run with Spider-Man, which is fitting for a book with more of an old school tone. Read Full Review
