A dark, gorgeous, and powerful story that resonates with anyone that has found themselves in a place where they must decide whether to keep following or to step forward and take the actual lead.     Soares brings heavy shadows and a painter's sensibility to the colors, creating cityscape backdrops that are a blur of impressionistic lights. It's stunning work that, when paired with a compelling case for Karai as a leading character, is more than enough to justify The Alliance's existence. Read Full Review

    This issue is most a big action sequence with some character backdrop for Karai but even still, its really good. Im loving the artwork here and the msyeryy and design of these doppelganger turtles is cool.

    This run still feels like it has life 130 odd issues in; and thats a beautiful thing.
