Fun but the pacing was so rushed that it really didn’t give the story enough time to breath resulting in very simplistic resolutions and having the characters narrate what’s happening. Could’ve been much better if it were a double sized issue.

Penguin, Two-Face, and Ventriloquist are three of my favorite villains so this story is just checking off all the boxes for me. Phil Noto always does fantastic Star Wars art, but there were some jarring panels that felt mailed in so I hope the lack of writing quality doesn't start to hurt his inspiration or excitement to draw the more
