I generally avoid Leah Williams writing at all costs, but as a Livewire and Dan Slott fan I gave this a chance. The main story surprisingly wasn't that bad for a goofy comic but I felt Livewire was a little neutered and should have more bite to her character. The back up was pretty fun and had the tone of a "poor dad" style comic strip.

This series was a blast. I really hope Rucka gets a chance to further explore Cheetah's new path.

In a perfect world, King would get fired and Rucka could continue the story in Wonder Woman as no one has come close to writing Diana with such perfection since his runs.

This isn't a terrible issue but it has the new author creates the bestest love interest ever that will last for eternity (see Carlie Cooper in Spider-man). It never sticks. Bruce takes Doc out on a date not a date to talk instead of just talking at the office which would be simple and logical.

Doc is dressed in a tight skirt and f#ck me pumps, while driving a John Wick movie breaks out. The dialogue is a bit much and is so unnatural trying to be witty banter (is this a date? I never said it was a date. *cringe*) but the overall story is fun and the new villain is interesting and the whole issue just looks amazing! Jimenez somehow just keeps getting better and he's already been my favorite current artist (along with Mora) since Tynion's run.

One thing I don't like about Williamson writing the Robins is that he only knows how to appeal to the reader's emotions or fanboy side.

On the positive side, the art.

Transparently super fan servicey but it works for me especially with Mora's art.

Fun issue and devastating the series was cut so short as this series was a bright spot in the disappointing current wave of Star Wars series.

This was a huge improvement from the last issue and seems Wilson figured out how to write a light hearted fun series for Felicia without it feeling like a bad cartoon. Though the X-office is focused on ruining the character by shoving her down everyone's throats, it was great to see Kamala back in the trustworthy hands of her creator.

Ok issue with basic Lex tropes. I've liked Sherman's art in Absolute Wonder woman but the art took me out of it in this issue.
