"The Tourist at the End of the Universe!" O.K. Quack may look like a normal Duckburgian to Scrooge McDuck - but he's really a spaceman whose shrunken ship is lost in Scrooge's Money Bin!
In the second story in this issue, we get a story that I was able to relate to a bit, since I completely agree with Scrooge: when buying art, do you truly want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on something you believe you can make yourself? And that’s exactly what Scrooge sets out to do: make his own masterpiece. As with the first story, plenty of hijinks follows with an ending that can be seen from a mile away, but nonetheless still makes for a fun story. Read Full Review
Maybe Im coming down hard on the book because I hold Duck Tales and Donald Duck so very dear. I dont like to see them mistreated. But Uncle Scrooge does just that. If the book used the older comics as bookends, like the newer Archie books, I would be much more inclined to return to Uncle Scrooge in the future. As it stands now, I think Ill pass.
