You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff

The aggression of the story feels really interesting. Blood is in a really cool position at the end of the issue. It's a cool newer development that could be an interesting things moving forward. The implications for what's going to happen moving forward become really compelling. The title characters are out of the immediate danger and their situation has changed just a little bit. Some of the deeper philosophically implications of the title characters in their situation and that'll be really interesting. It'll be fun to watch this one in the future. Read Full Review

Blood & Thunder #16 is a satisfying payoff issue that finally reunites Akeldama and Thunder while keeping the series’ trademark mix of action, humor, and heart intact. The expanded Fulminator lore gives the story more weight, while the rescue mission keeps the momentum fun and exciting. With strong writing, excellent artwork, and a reunion that feels earned, this is another standout issue for the series. This is an issue that you should definitely pick up at the shop this week, if this series isn’t already on your Pull List. Read Full Review
