Aside from the frustration issue in the closing, though, this is a very solid issue featuring several turning points for our mystery, and possibly the seeds of everyone's inevitable defeat. Satellite Sam #10 ends the second arc on a good note" but it still retains a lot of the plots that have plaguing this comic, especially this arc. It's trying to do too much, characters and storylines are not all fleshed out equally or given enough effort, it feels like drags on at points, and the artwork is only okay. With the finale to series coming next year, that's where it can hopefully turn around and go out strongly. However, at this point, it's almost hard to get all that excited or invested anymore. Every issue of SATELLITE SAM feels like a bonus episode of Mad-Men. There’s sex, humour, deception and style packed into every story. I’ve really grown to love (and hate) the characters, enjoying the voyeuristic insight into their seedy lives, which makes it shame that the end of this issue reveals that it’s seemingly all coming to an end very soon. One of my favourite characters gets a very rough ride in this issue, and the attack on him and his family hits hard, I hope he gets some sort of redemption before it all wraps up. http://jackcooperwriting.wordpress.com/
