    Sheltered continues to lead us to the very bitter end of the series, with another heart pounding and overly tense issue. The writing and story remain fantastic from start to finish, easily sucking up any remaining doubts the audience may have about where this is all going. Even if it's coming to a close, Sheltered is one of the best Image comics currently out there and is worth your time. It's never too late to come aboard and enjoy the rest of the ride.     This issue was been a master-class in mood, akin to the very best issues of Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead. News of a big screen adaptation, courtesy of the producers of AMC's The Walking Dead, circulated earlier year " fingers crossed this'll reach my local multiplex before long. The finite storytelling nature of Sheltered has been hugely beneficial, compare (again) to the unending saga of The Walking Dead with its false endings and waning popularity (with this reader).     Sheltered #12 does not feature any massive plot changes or character moments. Even though it features a shift in the story towards its inevitable resolution, the episode feels quieter, preparing for what comes next. Read Full Review
