This was a spectacular issue. My favorite so far. Segura is hit and miss for me. I don't like his Green Hornet/Miss Fury title at all though I keep buying it. And now he's going to be writing Star Wars. However, he is doing a good job on Dick Tracy. This storyline is much better than the last. The Blank is an interesting villain and the scene is the chemical plant was very cinematic. It was a very well-written scene. Pat Patton is not acting like himself, however. I think Segura is manipulating him to make him the red-herring. It feeels very forced. But that's my only negative note here. I defintely recommend this issue.
