The Avengers are called before the Security Council of the UN, where the Fantastic Four are on trial for failing to inform the UN of the Inhumans’ existence. Now, the Avengers have been called in as a neutral party to investigate the situation. Will the Inhumans be marked by the UN as potential threats?

    Due to the Inhumans having recently been discovered by SHIELD, the Avengers are sent to the Moon by the UN Security Council to assess if the Inhumans pose a threat to Earth. The meeting is cordial until Moon rocks begin to be hurled at the Earth, and Black Bolt orders the Avengers' execution. A battle ensues between the two groups, which terminates when the reason for Black Bolt's bizarre behavior is uncovered. (Cover date: November, 1983)
