KILLED IN ACTION PART 4 By now you know who KIA is, what he wants, and who he's killed. Initiative regulars, new recruits, and big name characters: no one's been safe. And that's never been more true than here at the bitter end!

The Weekly Crisis - Kirk Warren Apr 16, 2008

It's confusing talking about a book when I have to differentiate old and new versions of teams with the same name or deal with four characters that are all clones of another character, so this review might come off a tad negative in connotation, but I really enjoyed this arc. Dan Slott, Christos N. Gage, and Stefano Caselli deliver pay off after pay off. I honestly thought I might find myself getting bored with just a “slugfest” of an issue, but the way the whole situation is approached makes the battle very engaging. Even characters that I normally hate like Rage and Slapstick step up to the plate and deliver some excellent performances. I'm still not sure he's cut out to handle personal scenes (weird faces at times), but hectic wild fight is right in his wheelhouse. Again, I still have my overall doubts about the series, but those doubts become less and less each issue. Read Full Review

Comics Bulletin - Ariel Carmona Jr. Apr 19, 2008

This comic continues to be a consistently good read, and its lack of A-list Marvel characters proves that good writing can achieve wonders if you happen to be working on one of the few teams that doesnt have Wolverine on its roster. Read Full Review
