I suppose that would be okay, but I'd rather see this first story again from start to finish. In fact, if that's Marvel's plan, then I'd recommend buying this series just for Simonson's story and art. Read Full Review

In the end, this story is obviously built for fans of Beta Ray Bill and for the most part won't appeal to anyone else. This issue doesn't offer much for Beta Ray Bill fans, as the character in these pages seems to be a mere shadow of the character created by Walter Simonson to be a capable replacement for Thor. Speaking of Simonson, this issue does offer Bill's first appearance, reprinted from the pages of "Thor" #337. This section of the book is well worth the cost of the book, but sadly it makes the newer material that much more pale by comparison. John Workman, Jr.'s lettering alone makes the reprint worthy of your hard-earned $3.99. Read Full Review
