This was an odd but not terrible Daredevil read for sure. Mark Bagley is an amazing artist, I've always been a big fan.
It is quite weird such as how the villain is keeping Spider-Man around like a pet dog. Daredevil's in a dark place at this point in the series and I think this annual handles that pretty well on the whole at the beginning, but very quickly devolves into standard superhero crossover fluff for the barely connected Atlantis Attacks event. At least Doctor Strange's appearance here was pretty consistently well done. I really like the part where Strange talks about Daredevil's pain and how he respects Matt too much to tamper with it.
