And theres another beuatiful cover by David Nakayama. Its a really good team that theyve brought to gether for a series featuring one of Claremont and Byrnes most appealing creations. With this specific team theres no rason why the series would be anything other than deeply enjoyable for as long as they have the good fortune to gbe worknig together on it. Everything seems so perfectly balanced on the page by the time of the third issue. ANd theres so much history that they could coer over the course of the 1980s. It would be fun to watch CHu and company cover everything that happened between issues of The Uncanny X-Men and The New Mutants. In the course of a series like this. Very cool stuff. Read Full Review
Really enjoying this story, good characterization for Emma. The art is only ok but the story is a great Emma story.
I don't read many X Books, mostly because they aren't very good. However, this is a throwback to the X-Men comics of the 90s. (In my opinion.) I like the plot of Emma being ostracized and having to discover the mole in her organization that is literally standing right next to her. The first issue is still my favorite. Seeing the old X-Men was a treat.
