(Cover Date: October, 1987) Summary: Reed, Sue & Franlin say their goodbyes to the others before heading to their home in Connecticut. Diablo lies in the hospital with his limbs in casts from the beating he took from Ms. Marvel. He accesses the Elixir of Rejuvenation in his mustache to fully heal himself. He recalls his past from when he studied alchemy in the ninth century to when Ben freed him from his tomb. In their apartment, Johnny & Alicia see their furniture transmute into monsters, & Johnny flies them to join the others. Hearing of the transmutations, Reed has Franklin send his dream self to find out what is happening. Franklin reports that the hospital has been turned into a castle.
