    Overall, this first issue gets things rolling nicely. These tie ins for Fear Itself have been a lot of fun to read so far and helps give that whole scope as to what these other characters in the Marvel Universe are doing while all this crazy stuff is going down. Read Full Review

    Having McKeever write younger characters and having Norton drawing anything is a recipe for success. If you're having trouble picking between all the FEAR ITSELF tie-in series, this looks like it will be pretty good and add a lot of depth to the main series. Read Full Review

    Mike Norton delivers a very clean and expressive set of pencils. His figures are a little too spartan at times, but the storytelling never fails. If a bit flawed in its first issue, Fear Itself shows enough promise to leave one hoping for a possible ongoing series from these creators. Read Full Review

    This is a fine compliment to the main action of "Fear Itself." Beyond that, it provides fans of the "Initiative" crowd of heroes (or even the Young Allies) with the opportunity to find those characters active in an adventure once more.     Third, Youth in Revolt feels too much like part of Fear Itself. Now, I know that it is part of Fear Itself, but it doesn't feel distinctive enough. I get the impression I must read the other miniseries in order to receive the full story. Now, perhaps some in Marvel are high-fiving right now, but all that makes me want to do is ignore Youth in Revolt, even if Thor Girl is in it. You would have to add Tigra in the mix to make Youth in Revolt a must buy. Read Full Review
