  (Cover Date: October, 1987) Summary: Clay Quartermain is reproached by the SHIELD Council for his failure to get rid of the Hulk. Angry at having to become Banner again, the Hulk slams his fist into a building. Banner is knocked out by falling debris as the building collapses & is taken inside the home of a man named Dick. The man hopes to receive a bounty for reporting Banner to X-Factor as a mutant. Banner calls Gamma Base, & Rick subtlety warns him to not return. Banner is out walking when X-Factor arrives at Dick's home. Banner runs from X-Factor, thinking that they are SHIELD agents. Banner turns back into the Hulk & confronts X-Factor by throwing a train boxcar at them. Their fight ends up inside a printing company. They continue t heir fight until the Hulk is encased in ice by Bobby. Scott calls Quartermain to come get the Hulk, since X-Factor has no means to contain him. The SHIELD Council tells Quartermain to send as many people as necessary to end the menace of the Hulk. more
