(Cover Date: January, 1988) Summary: Hulk, Rick & Clay go to a SHIELD safehouse in Boulder, CO to find the location of the gamma bombs & Betty. They find that the caretaker's foster son is "Ashcan" (see PPSSM#118). After Ashcan blasts the Hulk, the Hulk chases the kid to a carnival. The Hall of Mirrors brings back memories of Bruce being abused by his father, while Ashcan remembers killing his own abusive father. Hulk brings the kid back to the safehouse, where Rick talks him into leaving the kid with his foster father.
