Home Base sends its agents to get the Abomination on there side to take down the Hulk. Meanwhile Bruce Banner meets a nice woman whom he quickly takes a liking to -- too bad she is Nadia Blonsky.
I must confess I am getting a bit antsy when it comes to getting answers about what exactly the Secret Conspiracy is, and why they are expending such an enormous amount of effort into getting their hands on the Hulk's blood. I also have some fairly serious reservations about how the Secret Conspiracy looks to have orchestrated the meeting between Banner & the Abomination's wife, as I don't buy the idea that such a meeting wouldn't require a tremendous amount of intervention, and even then the entire scenario still requires the reader to freely accept an idea that is highly implausible. Still, the simple truth of the matter is that this issue does create a fairly solid reason for why the Abomination would want to tear into the Hulk, and while this issue manages to deliver a double-sized issue, where the Hulk & the Abomination don't have their much ballyhooed face to face meeting, it does do a pretty solid job of laying the groundwork. Oh my god! Finally a decent art. Love Deodato Jr. Some faces are... creepy here. But he's still on a better level, than Immonen. The story is better as well. Bruce is a freaking chad... He fucks every woman he sees... But this one was a pure gold... He fucked Blonsky's wife! Hahahahahahahahahahhaha, this is the thing I couldn't really see coming. Haahahhahahahahha. 2-1 YOU LOOSER! I can't imagine how hard Emil will beat Banner for this...
By the way, this issue was double-sized, which is cool, especially with the fact how fast I've read the previous Bruce Jones issues.
I can't believe Deodato drawn Bruce Banner as Van Damme, no fucking way
