    With vibrant, energetic art like this, it doesn't matter if the script is a bit plain and straightforward. "Dark Son" provided enough character drama for the time being. These next few issues are the palette cleanser. And so far, it's a very tasty cleanser indeed. Read Full Review

    Hulks have themselves dropped into quite a predicament by the end of this issue. Based on this cliffhanger the next issue promises to be a good one. This is a good example of how a tie-in can be picked up and read without having read the main series for the event. I liked the pacing and character interaction in the book.     Overall, this issue of "The Incredible Hulks" is inoffensive, and well-tied into the main "Chaos War" storyline. Marlo may end up being a red herring, unimportant to "Chaos War" as a whole, but you can do a lot worse in a Hulk comic than have a bunch of angry gamma irradiated monsters beat the crud out of each other in order to protect their friend's wife.     An average Hulk story with a mix of good and bad. It get's mixed marks for continuity and has great Hulk-smashing action, but the art does get a little unclear in places. Better than most event tie-ins. Read Full Review
