After Stark cancels a shipment of electronic components headed to Latveria, Doom's henchmen steal the components from S.I. despite Iron Man's efforts to stop them. Iron Man visits Doom in Latveria, and the two have a disagreement that results in a physical altercation. Doom's assistant, Hauptmann, has his own plans for them. (Cover date: August, 1981)
