The Living Laser is back, and having merged with the aurora borealis, he's laying waste to the Great White North. Iron Man had better call in the cavalry! Wait, no--the Mounties! No, better yet--Canada's greatest super heroes, Alpha Flight!
It's going to take a lot to convince me that the comics market needs two ongoing Iron Man books. With the strong political/espionage angle this series has taken, though, it just might be possible. I just know I don't want to see this series canceled anytime soon. Read Full Review
Iron Man may not be as consistently good as Marvel's top tier titles like Captain America, Daredevil, and Iron Fist, but it's got a strong mature story that's been brewing for quite a while. It's not fun super heroics like Spider-Man, it's a serialized drama that acts very much like a TV show. And the villains are no joke either. This version of the Mandarin portrayed is the one we've always wanted to see. And if they do make a second Iron Man movie, this is how he should be patterned after. Read Full Review
Iron Man #27 was another extraordinary read. The Knaufs continue to deliver what is one of the best written comic books on the market. Iron Man delivers a story that is beyond just a comic book story and reads like a literary work. I don't care if you have ever liked Iron Man or not. If you enjoy titles that are wonderfully constructed and that boast strong character work and excellent dialogue then you will certainly enjoy Iron Man. Read Full Review
