Peter Parker has a study date with Liz Allen all the way across town that he may not be able to make. But Spidey sure can! Spider-Man hits a snag though, when Scorpion comes out of nowhere to take everyone's favorite Spider-themed hero downtown!

Actually, I like this issue. In my childhood it was one of my favourite, especially because of the colors. This Scorpion is so greeeen. I like it. As well as the art. Story was cool too. Time adds a lot of tense to this and the conclusion makes you really feel dissapointment!
