    This issue is a fair sight better that what we had been getting up to this point, but I'm still waiting for this book to really do something to convince me I should invest my time and more importantly my money into a series that has yet to provide any real moments of quality entertainment. I mean I will concede that there's been some fairly solid character development, as while none of the new cast has really captured my imagination, they have been fleshed out quite well, and they all have a different personality type that is readily identifiable. However, when compared to another title, such as the "Runaways" which came out at roughly the same time, and also features a youthful cast this title's slow start, and its inability to come up with anything truly interesting for its cast to do, starts becoming far more apparent.
