Quentin Quinn can create a universe with his mind. But as he tries to instill his values in his students, they hide their thoughts and feelings from him. The children express these in their secret place, a construct of their own making. And while he tries to squash rebellions before they start, Quentin doesn't realize that one is brewing in his inner circle in Omega Kids #2. Read Full Review

Omega Kids #2 raises the stakes very well, and shows just how deep into Revelation's word the Omega Kids really are. Can't wait to see what's next! Read Full Review

Omega Kids issue two definitely has a bit more to say, but not enough time to do it. Quentin is well explored, but the kids remain a bit underwhelming as a collective despite being the central focus of the book. Well see if this story can stick the landing. Read Full Review

This plot doesn't seem to be going anywhere in particular but it's an interesting slice of the AoR world. Quentin's kids are little psychos, products of the environment they were raised in. The whole encounter where they hit a wall that they weren't expecting and couldn't handle, then Quentin realizing what it was and telling them to back off and having to make excuses was cool. They're painting the picture so far that Quentin is slipping and the kids are much stronger collectively than him, but I'm hoping it resolves with him realizing what little monsters he's been teaching and goes ham on them showing who is actually the Omega there.
