Spider-Man and the Punisher take on the Russian mob! Vast amounts of drugs from overseas are flooding the streets, and the Punisher is ready to kill to stop the flow. But Spider-Man has a different approach...and when a Midtown High student gets caught up between the two crimefighters, it could mean life or death!

The only real positives that can be gleaned from this issue (other than the cover and re-print) was Todd Nauck's art was pretty good, and the Spider-Man universe now has another Peter Parker-hating jock that could potentially be used as a villain, should Marvel decide to bring him back down the line. I think it's a good story about bullying. Punisher seems to be almost useless here, but so what, the story is still good. Ha-ha, I can't imagine how it is for Flash to see someone like him in his past days... There's also a reprint of the first appearance of The Punisher in TASM, but who cares about reprints...
