The only real positives that can be gleaned from this issue (other than the cover and re-print) was Todd Nauck's art was pretty good, and the Spider-Man universe now has another Peter Parker-hating jock that could potentially be used as a villain, should Marvel decide to bring him back down the line. I think it's a good story about bullying. Punisher seems to be almost useless here, but so what, the story is still good. Ha-ha, I can't imagine how it is for Flash to see someone like him in his past days...

There's also a reprint of the first appearance of The Punisher in TASM, but who cares about reprints...
