Namor meets with UN officials about Atlantis' possible entry into the UN. On the way home, he is met by Dragonrider & her giant sea dragon, who try to kill him. Arriving at Atlantis, he finds the city in ruins from Dragonrider's attack while he was in NYC. (Cover date: September, 1984)
