(Cover Date: January, 1988) Summary: Frank goes with Reverend Sammy Smith & his followers to their compound in Guiana. Frank stops an assassination attempt against the reverend, who claims it was a CIA agent. Frank stops the reverend from ordering his followers to commit mass suicide when he believes that the CIA is coming for him. After Smith is shot during a struggle with Frank, Frank leaves him to die. Frank leaves, pretending to be a CIA agent, as the congressman arrives at the compound to investigate the cult. Back in the US, Frank returns cult member Vicki & her daughter home to the husband she left.
