A decent read. It's been a while since I've read a fun Dixon comic, so that was nice. I do enjoy the set-up of the Punisher coming in to this big crime meeting along with the other heroes in this crossover story, but it isn't the most impressive issue, either. For Dixon this writing felt just okay.
