BLOOD AND SAND PART 4 G.W. Bridge is on the hunt. Clarke is on the run. Tati's in hell. And The Punisher discovers the horrible secret of Hate-Monger's empire buried beneath the desert floor. Which means this is the issue where the bodies start dropping and hope comes in short supply. Frank's insane crusade against the Hate-Monger's diabolical murder sprees south of the border finds its bloody tipping point, and it's only going to get worse from here. Fraction made me devoted to a character which for years has been "take it or leave it" for me. The Punisher War Journal is a riveting read for the time being. Read Full Review
Fraction also continues his style of non-linear storytelling and while it was a bit strange at first, it works more and more effectively as this story progresses. The ending of this issue is great and puts the Punisher into a predicament that should be interesting to see him get out of. With the conclusion of this arc looming, Fraction brings his story to one linear time frame, and Im hoping for some wild action next issue. Read Full Review
Punisher War Journal #9 was just a miserable read. Fraction continues to cough up one stinker after another on this title. Punisher War Journal has found itself on The Revolution's probation list. If Fraction doesn't start to deliver well written issues soon then this title is going to get the dreaded axe. Unless you just have a sweet taste for white supremacist villains or are a hardcore Punisher fan, I cannot see any reason for you to waste your money on this issue. Read Full Review
Terrible pacing nearly ruined this entire arc. You can't believe how bad this now you're here now you're back there crap is. Cactus head removal was dope
