Sabretooth: The Dead Don't Talk #2
| Writer | Frank Tieri |
| Artist | Michael Sta. Maria |
| Cover Price | $3.99 |
With names like the Frankengang, the Spirits of '76 and the Nightshifters, the gangs of 1900s NYC are as varied and colorful as they are deadly. But the question is...are they as deadly as the new gangster in town, Mad Dog Murphy (better known to us as Sabretooth)? And maybe the bigger question...are any of them as deadly as the even-newer player in the New York underworld...the man-eating crocodilian? Find out as the streets of the Five Points run red with gang blood!

Jan 29, 2025I must confess that I find myself a little biased towards this story because of my love for film and history. Cool gangs, brutal violence, a giant man eating crocodile mutant…the list can go one. Tieri is setting up a really fun tale of gang politics and how someone like Sabretooth fits into it as an enforcer. It'll be interesting to see how he develops as a chaotic force in an organized world. Read Full Review

Nice homage to Gangs of New York in the beginning and a fine fight with a Crocodile. Art once again stands out.
