Secret Avengers is back on track. It makes me look forward to how this is going to spin into Spencer & Jonathan Hickman's Avengers World. Read Full Review

"Secret Avengers" #12 shows that the series definitely has the potential to go from really good to one of the top-tier Marvel titles and in all honesty it's probably for the best that Kot doesn't just make a "Zero"-lite though that can only really be determined when the series is relaunched with him. For now, "Secret Avengers" is a promising start to the end of Nick Spencer's run on the title with the help of two other equally talented creators. Read Full Review

There may be some problems in terms of cohesion and a few characters comes as being a bit annoying, yet the story, art and some of the great ideas and characterizations makes this an enjoyable issue despite some of the minor flaws. Read Full Review

This is Spencer's last arc before Kot takes on the responsibilities. I hope that he follows the same vein and the same feel that Spencer has set up. This book has become a nice continuation of the espionage feeling that started with Secret Warriors. With this arc it seems we get a conclusion of what Hickman and Spencer has been building with A.I.M. in the FF & Avengers books, as well as exactly how Mockingbird would do in deep cover and the answer to many fan's question of where A.I.M.'s most well known member/leader has been. It's a good start to what I hope is a great final arc for Spencer on the book. Read Full Review

The art team on the book, as led by Butch Guice, is a perfect match for the tone of the series, creating a taut, moody atmosphere complimented by rich detail. It really couldnt be a more perfect match. Lets hope the upward trend of the series continues. Read Full Review

I really love what Spencer is doing this is great. My favorite part of this issue is when MODOK comes out of the jet, revealing to be the real mastermind and Maria is just like oh ****. Hilarious. We better start getting some answers soon though because there are only 4 issues left!
