Summary: Using an evil sorcerer, Mephisto summons the Flying Dutchman from Limbo & gives him the power to defeat the Silver Surfer. In his flying ship, the Dutchman attacks the city to attract the attention of SS.
Art wise, Silver Surfer 8 is one of the more impressive issues. Unfortunately, since Silver Surfer 8 wasn’t originally meant to be a 20 page monthly issue, Silver Surfer himself barely appears. Never knew Mephisto was originally a Silver Surfer villain
