  Well, Spider-Man & Venom Team-Up was cool, but Venom's motivation is still badly written. There were 8 more villains, but for even this increased number of pages it can't be good, especially for the second issue in the row. And all these heroes appeared only on the last two pages... after the battle was already over... Well, it's really pointless. I think, the only reason for this is the fact that this is the 200th issue... But well, it was kinda inspiring.
