Wow, I've somehow found this story reprinted in some book. Well, I think John McCrea isn't the best artist for this series, but he's not that bad here. But the story however was kinda lame. It's still Ferg Handley and he made some really "iconic" stories for this magazine. Here Vulture used some bracelet, which made Peter lose his powers. How did he create it? Where did he get it if he didn't? There's no answers or I just dumb. But since this magazine is for kids, I think the writer really didn't bother. The conclusion as well was kinda forced. It could be much better if it wasn't an 11 pages story. But still nice reading. Especially for such a magazine.
