This series was published in Russia in 2006-2011 and they started from this one issue. It wasn't a bad choice, most of the issues before 84 were just reprints of other comics + some puzzles and stuff. But here's the all-new universe and story. It was started way before, but 84th issue is nice starting point, because of the brief spidey's origin on the 1st page. Plus Mysterio is a good arch-villain. However, I don't like all this spider-man-no-more stuff, I saw it so many times...

But the story was nice. I really like this drawing style. Faces are simple and cartoonish, but the Spider-Man himself is awesome. I didn't like the part, where Mysterio became Mister-Fear-like, but it doesn't matter much. Good short 11-page comic (4 pages more, than in Spider-Man: Heroes & Villains Collection. Sometimes it were even 13 pages or more) + extra info about marvel universe, villain of this issue and couple of puzzles. There also were stickers of Spider-Man in Russian edition, and I remember I really enjoyed this as a kid. I started to collect this series since 99th issue (17th issue of 2006 in Russia) and I just read this exact comic first time ever. I really sad now, that didn't read it from the very beginning. This series is very hard to find around the internet. I found only 114th issue officially released on Marvel Unlimited and I have almost all scans of issues, published in Russia, but still miss some issues. For example, 88 and 89. I hope one day I can read them. more
