It's really not bad, but... Not super good as well. This SOOPhI is an old Howard's enemy back from his first solo series, but I can't say I really enjoyed it. The second Man-Thing story was awful - I didn't get the point and that artist wasn't fine even in Spider-Man: Fear Itself. I wouldn't recommend to read it, but if you love Spidey and don't mind to see him teaming-up with Howard once again - why not. The second story on the other hand can be completely skipped - it hardly has any sense at all.
