With the exciting story, it's only right to have great artwork that goes with it. The artists of Spirits of Vengeance #2 go out of their way to make it a beautiful comic to read. With the blue tones of the ocean contrasting the orange and yellows of the flames from Ghost Rider, every panel is a feast for the eyes. One of my favorite parts was at the end when we see the transition from Ghost Rider to Johnny Blaze that showed how devastated he was with what the sea witch told him. It feels retro and modern at the same time. Pacing is good, art is clear and good. Overall a better run than the inconsistent and meandering run from Benjamin percy.
I really don't think the art fits the story really well. It's a run of the mill type story with an intriguing ending.
Re-writing Ghost riders origins again. How original. Bad writing and the art isn't great. At least it was better than the first issue.
