A pretty solid start. My only gripe is it felt a little formulaic.

This was kind of corny, but the end had a pretty cool twist. Looking forward to seeing where this is going.

I feel like I say this everytime a new issue comes out for this series. But, god damn, this comic is so fucking good! Best comic on the shelves.
"No Light Beyond," Part 3 (of 4). When making a choice of who to trust in a life-or-death situation, do you choose what you've seen with your own eyes or what you feel in your heart?
Jeff Lemire is one of my favorites. The first issue of this series didn't really do much for me, but since then this comic has been a banger.

Burdened with bad omens as he trudges through the mundanity of his life in Limberlost, Budd reflects on his past, present, and future. Fun comic. I don't remember any of these characters. I don't even remember if any of them were ever in the comic at all. Hell, I don't even remember the mutant lands. But what they did do, I feel like it's going to
have a big part to play in the story going forward. And I'm looking forward to that.

Other great debut by Remender and company. The chase scene was ridiculously awesome, then the dark mystery, this comic (along with everything Remender is putting out now) feels like it's going to be something very special. Very excited for this comic.

The coolest thing about this comic is the cover. That being said, it was probably the best issue so far. Looking forward to seeing GR 2099/robot GR.

Good message, bad comic.
