Rock solid. Big fan of Olliffe's art. Taking heavily from McFarlane with his posing and panels but in a way that doesn't feel cheap. Good story, doubles down and even references Peter overcoming fear even though he is hurt similar to the issue with the Vulture. It honestly breaks my heart seeing Peter be such a terrible date because he is wallowing in self-pity and Betty still goes out of her way to be encouraging to Peter. He takes it to heart and gives her a rain-check. The balls on this young man. This does a fantastic job at connecting the early Spider-Man issues and just adding more to that era. Most "retcon" series feel so out of place that it's incredibly hard for them to mesh well but this series has done a great job so far.
