    This is the best issue in the arc yet. I wish the writing in the whole arc were as focused as it was here, because everything just starts working better. The dictator and his family, Bandera, Byrne's art - all of it just starts to click here. There are still silly moments but the sudden sense of momentum really helps this comic make up for that.
