In the battle between Wolverine and Sabretooth, the key to victory is eons old, and it's certain to rock their world. The first clue to understanding it lies in the fabled kingdom of Wakanda, home of the Black Panther and Storm.
Wolverine #52 was extremely ordinary. I dig Loeb and I really expect more from him than what he has given us so far on this title. Hopefully, Loeb can get this story arc going in the next couple of issues. Even as unimpressive as this story arc has been, Wolverine is still a vastly superior title compared to Wolverine Origins. Simone Bianchi art is the saving grace of this book. His illustrations are so original and his panel structure so different that it helps make up for the story. The fights between Wolverine and Sabretooth are incredibly brutal and are so visceral they seem to leap of the page. However, despite the wonderful art the story will leave most readers feeling burned and some will drop the series before the big secret is revealed. Read Full Review
