Like all of Aaron's work, there are some great, very interesting ideas at work in this issue, in particular the idea of a benevolent cybernetic computer program that overrides the murderous mind of its deceased human host. If only that idea had been set-up earlier in the arc, and didn't seem to spring out of nowhere at the tail end of a superhero vs. cyborg slugfest, maybe "Tomorrow Dies Today" would have felt more like one organic story.
