While Beckett and his team make their way to the mysterious island that inspired H.G. Wells to write The Island of Dr. Moreau, the Nazis come closer to perfecting their experiments. Led by Metzger, the Nazis are about to find out that they are not alone on the island.
For ninety-nine cents you can go wrong on this series. I was very glad to have two issues to read back to back so pick up both issues. This may seem like The Island of Dr. Moreau plus Nazi's, but trust me there's more meat on the bone than that. Overall, Im excited about this storys direction. Edward Prentiss is the likeliest candidate for growththe I told you so after it was already too late character. Then again, I could be way off. Thats the beauty of storytelling; expectations dont always pan out. Read Full Review
David Walker and Carl Sciacchitano deliver a suitably creepy second offering for The Army of Doctor Moreau, although its abrupt cutoff may grate on readers, even with its 99-cent price point. Read Full Review
