Structured like a certain Peabody-winning HBO melodrama and often just as heartrending, Cannon's wildly inventive Kaijumax is a scathing polemic on the prison industrial complex, a multifaceted wonder of storytelling, an engrossing kitchen sink melodrama, an unforgettable reading experience. Jun 16, 2018Kaijumax: Season 4 #1 is heavy comic in a lot of ways, with miserable and struggling protagonists just trying to survive this situation.
