It's 1955, and The Vain are caught in the crossfires of Havana's crime ring. Meanwhile, FBI Agent Felix Franklin is hot on their trail. But with little evidence to prove their existence, he's uncertain if he's closing in on the "blood bandits," or chasing ghosts.
The Vain has floundered a bit in its bounces through time. There is a compelling story here with the vampires, but it's bogged down by the dry FBI agent who often feels like an afterthought, shoehorned into the story. I'm hoping he starts paying his dues soon. Read Full Review
