Hulk vs Thor story was nice, but kinda typical. It's a base plot - Loki uses Hulk to make a mess... It was later even in the Spectacular Spider-Man Adventures. But it's fine, at least for the 2006... And the art is cool too. 8/10

And the Avengers story was dumb a little bit, but not bad at all. The art really helps it. 7/10
