Earth cannot sustain life on its surface, as the atmosphere magnifies solar rays and kills everything on its path... or does it? We got used to being afraid of the things that hide in the dark, but what about the things that hide in the light?
78 MPH #3 is a good ending to a highly imaginative sci-fi series. The art in this issue is the strongest yet, and the final moments end the series on a hopeful note. However, the story takes a few but large shortcuts from the first page to the last page, leaving you feeling like the creator rushed to get to the end when the story needed several more pages or a whole additional issue to end properly.
