The beauty of each volume of Atomic Robo is that it's completely independent of every other volume. Most don't follow any real chronological order, but rather are random events in Robo's life. Each new volume is as new reader friendly as it gets. Read Full Review
Although we only get Dr. Dinosaur in the first issue's final pages, there's much to enjoy here including the multiple references to Jenkins hatred of paperwork, the mystery of 8/11 and who exactly is out to destroy the image of our lovable hero, the Tesladyne team realizing they've just been framed (again), and Robo's team on-the-nose reading of why Robo has joined them on what appears initially to be a wild goose chase. Oh, and did I mention, it has Dr. Dinosaur! I can't wait for issue #2. Must-read. Read Full Review
Atomic Robo: The Savage Sword of Dr. Dinosaur #1 is perhaps a bit long title-wise, but it reads like a dream. The book wastes no time, delivering enjoyable moment after enjoyable moment, and sets up what looks to be one of Robo's most exciting adventures yet. It should be expected from a book with Dr. Dinosaur's presence, considering what a ridiculous character he is, but it's welcome nonetheless. Read Full Review
